International High School Youth Culture Conference

Boardroom: performances with reports of students from Finland and Japan

Goals:
To increase cultural exchange among local and foreign high school students.
To provide intercultural learning experiences between high school students.
To provide experiences that will improve international and intercultural understanding.

Conference theme:
The topic of this year's conference is "Brands." The students, both local and international, participating in this event are expected to express observations and supply researched papers on the "Brands" of their respective countries during discussions.

Conference date:
December 2 (Sunday) to December 8 (Saturday), 2007.

Target participants: 30 foreign students & 300 local Taiwanese students.

Venue:
Taiwan Changhua Senior High School.
Library Conference Center.

Host:
Ministry of Education, Taiwan.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Taiwan.

Qualifications:
Age: High school students from 10th to 12th grade.
Language proficiency: English.
High school students interested in journalism, writing, and international relationship are most welcome.
